Can i change delivery address after placing an order?

As soon as you place your order, we’re on it – we know you need it fast! Unfortunately this means we will be unable to make any changes to your address.
Still contact us through chat box. We'll try our best to sort out all issues.

Has my order been sent yet ?
You can track your order by loggin in.
Your order number will be on your dispatch email, parcels can only be tracked after they've been dispatched. On the rare occasion deliveries are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Need help? Ask in chatbox for an instant answer or contact us through mail.

Part of my order is missing

We will get this fixed for you ASAP
Please send us an email with the following information:
Your name, Order number, Product name and code, Description & Images of the fault. Please wait until you’ve spoken to our Customer Care team before you return anything so we can make sure we get the correct item to you as quickly as possible.

Which methods of payments can I use?
We don't offer Cash-on-delivery as of now. So, You can pay by Card. For more info of payment options please go to checkout page.

Can i edit my order?​

As soon as you place your order, we’re on it – we know you need it fast! Unfortunately this means we will be unable to make any changes as it’s already being processed at the warehouse (literally within seconds!). You’ll need to place another order or return any unwanted items.

Can I track my order ?
You can track your order by logging in here. Your order number will be on your dispatch email, parcels can only be tracked after they've been dispatched.
Alternatively, you can also track through courier site with the tracking number you received by mail.

You’ve sent me the wrong items
We will get this fixed for you ASAP
Please send us an email with the following information:
Your name, Order number, Product name and code, Description & Images of the wrong item. Please wait until you’ve spoken to our Customer Care team before you return anything so we can make sure we get the correct item to you as quickly as possible.

How long do I have to return?

You've got 28 days to send something back to us from the day you receive it (only if there is an issue). Unfortunately we cannot accept returns after this time.

Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take?

It usually takes 3-7 days for delivery in the UK. We'll send you tracking details once you've placed the order. There may be different delivery options; please check on the checkout page.
